Original 8x10 U.S. Navy press photograph dated February 29, 1968, showing U.S. Navy Lieutenant (JG) Harry B. Traumbauer and Vietnamese Navy Coastal Group 35 conducting a psychological warfare broadcast using a loudspeaker mounted on an abandoned Viet Cong bunker.

The caption explains that the broadcast is part of the Chieu Hoi amnesty program encouraging Viet Cong to defect. This operation took place during land-based activity in Viet Cong–controlled territory, and was part of the unit's highly successful campaign resulting in four returnees in ten days.
